Author Mike Stahl, professional designer and college instructor, grew up in the Silicon valley and has practiced Interior Design since graduating from college in 1988. Mike also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a Teaching Credential and a C-33 Painting and Decorating contractor's license. He has been teaching design related courses to decorators for the past ten years in San Diego.
Before creating the Do It Yourself Decorator program, Mike wrote the San Diego Home Design course on CD which comes with a companion story book as well. Today, Mike divides his time between teaching, design consultation and creating educational products for the design industry.
